UMBC PHA stands with the countless Black Americans whose lives have been lost and impacted by racism and police brutality. As sorority women, we have a responsibility to stand up to injustice and take measures to recognize and address our shortcomings. Silence is compliance and we must speak up and take action in order for there to be real change. As PHA sisters, we must stand together, united, using our voices for the betterment of our organizations and our nation as a whole. We must do better.
